CHAPTER I
THE ORIGIN
The motto 100 LBS STUBBORN was born from a twenty-pound dog with a spirit that couldn’t be measured by a scale.
On our daily walks, we would reach the fork. One path led back to the relentless noise of my corporate life—the constant connectivity, the unyielding schedule, and the weight of the digital drift. The other led toward the unknown.
He would plant his feet, furrow his brow, and transform his small frame into a hundred-pound anvil. He wasn’t being difficult; he was being an AUTHOR.
He was stubborn about savoring the world, refusing to let the noise of the day pull him away from a moment of pure presence.

CHAPTER II
THE GEOMETRY OF THE FORK
THE DRIFT
Letting fear, convenience, or the “shoulds” pull us toward the easy path. The autopilot of a life unauthored.
THE ANCHOR
Choosing to plant our feet and lean into the life we actually want to live. This is the POSITIVE LEAN.
Will you be walked by the world, or will you own the lead?

CHAPTER III
THE ANATOMY OF THE STAY
HEALTH IS BRAVERY
Choosing longevity is the ultimate act of defiance.
FITNESS IS PRESENCE
We don’t move to get it over with; we move to experience the depth of the mile.
OWN THE LEAD
We weigh the options, drop the anchor, and choose the path of most life.
The anchor is dropping. Be there when it hits the ground.
Early access to the Genesis Drop. Drafts from the story as we build. For those who refuse to be walked by the world.
